Responsibilities include:

What you will do:

You will cover a broad range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Act as HR business partner for the Management and the whole team
  • Lead and drive our HR- and Office Management-team
  • Provide strategic and operational support, expertise to advise and guide the team in all people and culture-related aspects, including employment law
  • Lead the entire employee lifecycle and further boost Futurepath s strategy in attracting the best talents
  • Own and drive vital projects to strengthen employee satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to reinforce and improve our Employer Branding strategy

Requirements

Who you are:

  • Proven experience of 3+ years in a similar fast-paced, high growth environment in scaling the team and boosting people experience
  • A University degree in business, preferably with a focus on HR and/or similar fields
  • Great communication skills that you are able to apply in approaching personal challenges, collaborations between departments and communication with our international team and talents
  • Willingness to to work proactively and hands on when it comes to taking end to end ownership of your projects
  • Ambitious team player with strong prioritisation, detail orientation and organisational skills
  • Experience with Personio and implementing tools e.g. ATS is a plus
  • Fluent business English and German skills
