What You'll Do At Deel
- Support the partner strategy and operations team and the broader partnerships team with day-to-day business operations across key workflows and systems, primarily in Salesforce.
- Partner with leadership to define and execute partner strategy, policies, processes and business system requirements.
- Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards, with support from the revenue data team, to track KPIs and provide visibility into sales performance at different levels (individual, team, region, etc.).
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data from various sources. Use data analysis techniques to identify market trends, patterns, and insights that can drive partner performance improvement.
- Manage partnerships data migrations and processes in Salesforce and other systems owned by the partnerships team.
- Creation and maintenance of documentation for process, procedure, systems infrastructure, project planning, and user enablement.
- Perform basic support, troubleshooting, administrative and bulk data upload tasks.
- Some Key Qualifications
- 3+ years revenue or sales operations; preferably with SaaS and partnerships experience.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel; Comfort with BI tools (Looker experience is a plus!), SQL knowledge a plus.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements to key stakeholders and influence rapid business outcomes.
- Experience working on a global team and managing global stakeholders.
- Nimble, adaptable, resilient, resourceful and gritty!
