- Provide technical expertise to support IP-MEL tasks including qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis; support for indicator development and refinement; drafting of reports and other dissemination products; and coordination between Asia Bureau, Hubs and Missions.
- Provide support to Asia Bureau and Missions in their learning agenda formulation, implementation, and evaluation plans.
- Provide evaluation oversight to support regional, meta and other evaluations from evaluation planning and scope of work design through field work and dissemination.
- Provide technical expertise to support the MEL frameworks, learning agenda, evaluations, and assessments for USAID’s IP-MEL efforts.
- Support or lead development of training/guidance for IP-MEL on MEL-related topics, including written guidance, webinars, and training for Hubs and Missions.
