As a Senior Manager for our website marketing strategy, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing on marketing strategies to increase traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates on our website. You will own the strategy and roadmap for our website content, and work with marketing managers to develop new content. This position requires a deep understanding of website analytics and best practices to communicate on the web. You will also be responsible for managing one marketing manager (CRO) and the pipeline for our engineering team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute website marketing strategies to increase traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure the website reflects brand messaging and meets user experience standards.
- Conduct regular website audits and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic search performance.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on website performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, social media, and product teams, to align website strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of proven experience in website marketing and optimization.
- Strong understanding of SEO and CRO best practices and web analytics tools.
- Proficient in CMS platforms.
- Proficient in website localisation strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and user experience.
