Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning

Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the E Rickshaw division articulating short
term and longterm growth objectives.
2.
Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities trends and the competitive landscape
within the electric rickshaw industry.
Business Development:
1.
Identify potential business partners distributors and collaborators to expand the market reach of E
Rickshaws.
2.
Evaluate and negotiate partnerships and agreements to fortify the distribution network and bolster
sales.
3.
Sales and Revenue Growth.
4.
Establish sales targets and formulate strategies to not only meet but exceed revenue goals.
5.
Collaborate closely with the Operations team to drive customer acquisition retention and gain
market share.
Product Management:
1.
Work collaboratively with the Revenue and Operations team to ensure the E Rickshaw lineup aligns
with market demands and regulatory requirements.
2.
Introduce innovative features and enhancements to elevate the overall product offering.
Operational Excellence:
1.
Oversee and optimize operational processes related to manufacturing distribution and aftersales
service.
2.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize costs and ensure consistent
product availability.
Regulatory Compliance:
1.
Stay informed about local and international regulations governing electric vehicles ensuring
compliance across all operations.
2.
Collaborate with legal and regulatory affairs teams to address any compliance issues promptly.
Team Leadership:
1.
Lead and inspire a crossfunctional team offering guidance and mentorship.
2.
Cultivate a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.
Financial Management:
1.
Develop and manage budgets ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
2.
Analyze financial performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business administration Marketing Engineering or a related field (Masters
degree is a plus).
Proven experience (8 years) in business development and management within the electric
vehicle or automotive industry.
Strong analytical negotiation and decisionmaking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams.
Indepth knowledge of the electric vehicle market its trends and evolving technologies.
