How your role will look like:

• Develop and implement machine learning models to solve complex business challenges utilizing AWS services like SageMaker for scalability.
• Utilize PySpark for data preprocessing and model training preparation.
• Deploy models using Flask or FastAPI alongside Docker focusing on custom LLM finetuning and API readiness.
• Optimize MLOps workflows to enhance the endtoend ML development process ensuring reliability and scalability in production systems.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate ML solutions into existing infrastructure.
• Lead the design of scalable secure ML architectures aligned with business needs working closely with product managers.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members staying updated on the latest ML advancements to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders to grasp business requirements and expectations.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Machine Learning or related field.
• 5 years of experience in creating and deploying machine learning models as endpoints.
• Proficiency in AWS services especially SageMaker.
• Experience working with Spark (preferably using PySpark)
• Strong knowledge of MLOps best practices and workflows.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Profound communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of solution architecture and the ability to design scalable systems.
• Nice to have: experience in developing deploying and maintaining LLMs (custom/enterprise) for text and images.
