Senior Java Developer - Dallas TX Onsite

• Participate in all phases of the development process from inception through transition advocating agile processes and testdriven development.
• Utilize objectoriented development tools to analyze model design construct and test reusable objects striving to enhance the codebase.
• Leverage your experience to solve business problems by leveraging the latest technology.
• Scrutinize applications and services to ensure adherence to security standards.

• Proven experience in at least one objectoriented language.
• Strong experience in at least one web framework preferably including Spring Spring Boot or ASP.NET Core.
• Proficiency in SQL and the ability to design relational database schemas.
• Ability to function in a Linux/Unix environment using shell commands.
• An understanding of security standards and the ability to ensure compliance.

• Experience building businesscritical Internetscale distributed systems or highvolume client/server systems.
• Ability to work as part of a team keeping the teams goal in mind.
• Familiarity with source control management systems.
• Exposure to continuous integration/deployment environments.
• Experience delivering software using Agile methodologies like Extreme Programming Kanban or Scrum.
• Familiarity with Test Driven Development (TDD) testing pyramid multithreading and concurrency debugging performance profiling and optimization and objectoriented and serviceoriented application development patterns.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related fields or equivalent experience.
• Internally motivated with the ability to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal team members and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to find creative ways to improve and simplify solutions systems and processes.

• Experience leading and managing small to mediumsized development teams.
• Previous experience founding or working as a founding engineer at a technology startup.
• Previous experience in a design product owner/manager or business role (marketing sales finance etc.).
• Production DevOps experience and the ability to build CI/CD (Jenkins) pipelines.
• Proficiency in writing production shell scripts in a Linux/Unix environment.
• Full Stack Development expertise.
• Proficiency and demonstrated experience in J2EE technologies database and persistence frameworks cloudbased development web servers web services frameworks frontend technologies build/deployment tools DevOps toolchain and others as listed.
• Proficiency in objectoriented design techniques and principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Project Excel Word PowerPoint etc.).
• Experience in Agile methodologies such as SCRUM.
• Experience in DevOps Toolchain methodologies including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.
