__WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
- Be the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware
- Providing technical support on-site,
- Help setup and maintain audio and video equipment
- Test and evaluate new technologies
- Create training material and documentation to support employees
- Analyze support requests to discover underlying issues and trends
- Continuously improve the quality of IT support provided to a global organization
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a technical help desk or support role
-
Hands-on experience with macOS
-
Experience with ticketing / service desk applications ( Jira Service Desk)
-
Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
-
Customer-oriented mind set
-
Ideally experience in one or more of the following areas:
-
Identity Management with Okta
-
Microsoft365 administration
-
Mobile device management, JAMF or Microsoft Intune
-
Administration of Atlassian products (Confluence & Jira)

Scripting ( Bash, PowerShell, )
