Job Description

• Manage a team of information technology associates and consultants that take part in projects implementation.
• Manage End user support for company customers, including creating and following on contractual SLA’s and alignment with Vendor SLA.
• Manage company Internal users support.
• Manage company Data center and ensure availability and data protection.
• Manage and support internal company systems.
• Implement and ensure best practices and IT policies are implemented and followed within the company.
• Lead and Provide direction to IT consulting team.
• Review RFP documents and respond to technical requirements and come up with technical solutions.
• Assume technical lead during project implementation and coordinate with counterparts in the company functional area.
• Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement
• Follow up and ensure that IT contracts are active and renew internal software licenses, email, and domain subscriptions when required.
• Ensure security of company data and establish security policies to prevent security incidents or data breaches.
• Review and understand new technologies and come up with recommendations and suggestions to company management.
• Oversee projects implementation for DELL-EMC products.
  

Qualifications

• A degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
• 10-15 plus years’ experience in Databases and ERP solutions including Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, or SAP S/4 Hana.
• Should have solid knowledge and understanding of solution architectures and sizing for ERP products.
• Should have previous experience working with Cloud solutions with ERP vendors and Hyper scalers such as AWS and Azure.
• Technical Savvy and thinks out of the box.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Should have been part of 2-3 ERP projects implementation with similar role
• Adaptable to work on different projects when extended work time is needed.
• Process and details oriented.
• Strong work ethic with excellent time management and follow up skills.
• Project management experience with a proven track record in similar role.
• Solid technical writing skills
• Excellent Presentation Skills
• SAP, Oracle, and Cloud certifications are preferred.
• ITIL Certification is preferred.
• Willingness to travel when needed.
• Working outside of business hours as needed.
• Other tasks as requested by Direct Manager.
