Job Description

- Oversee and manage the integration of the GHSC-PSM MIS system, the Global Fund integrated information feed Wambo.org, and information technology subcontractors to improve commodity procurement, logistics, quality assurance, and data visibility
- Lead collaboration for development, deployment, and implementation of tools necessary to improve MISs and their use for decision-making
- Lead the MIS team and ensure resources are available to maintain the system daily
- Examine the system to identify risks, security issues, redundancies, and backup procedures
- Develop and maintain materials necessary to run the MIS, including its standard operating procedures, support and maintenance plans, quality assurance, training plans, and data management and risk management processes
- Work with program leadership and information technology subcontractors to enhance and integrate the system across health commodities and along the supply chain
- Oversee the production of accurate and timely reports on the project as requested, and keep senior program management informed of key issues
