  • eporting to the Director, Regional HR EMEA, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent for senior leadership positions within our organization. The post holder will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute effective candidate sourcing and assessment processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our EMEA organization by building a pipeline of exceptional candidates for senior roles in the region.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand the requirements and expectations for senior roles such as Business Development Directors, Account Directors, and Operations Directors.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Proactively source, identify, and engage passive candidates while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for present and future needs.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including CV screening, initial interviews, and reference checks, to ensure candidates align with both the role and the company culture.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive talent landscapes to inform hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Regional and local HR teams to negotiate and finalize offers, ensuring a competitive and fair compensation package for selected candidates.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisitions globally within Foundever on best practice and to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Use applicant tracking systems and other tools to manage candidate data, maintain recruitment metrics, and generate reports for management review.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors, where appropriate.
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in recruitment and talent acquisition, sharing insights and implementing improvements to the recruitment process.

  • KPIs:

  • Ensures that the time to hire is within the agreed service level agreement for a particular role.
  • Minimizes the cost per hire within the organization.
  • Ensures high quality of hired candidates.
  • Satisfaction level of key stakeholders, including candidates and hiring managers.
  • Other Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years’ experience as a recruiter or similar roles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or master's degree in human resources or a similar field is an advantage.
  • Languages: Excellent conversational and written English. Another European language is an advantage
  • Tools and Applications:
  • Excellent knowledge of all MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience using enterprise ATSs.
  • Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Talent Insights.
  • Experience using selection tools such as Predictive Index, Harver, Plum, or SHL.
  • Familiarity with Foundever’s ATSs and other internal tools would be a plus.
