About Peppermint Robotics
Peppermint is a robotics company based out of Pune (INDIA). Started in 2019 in SINE IIT Bombay Peppermint Robotics has grown into a leader in commercial cleaning robots and has its operations across 5 countries. Peppermint Robotics has teams based out of its offices in Pune Dubai and Austin (TX USA) and is looking to add leaders and visionaries to its HQ team at Pune (INDIA)
Overview
We are seeking a Sr. Manager to manage our HR functions specifically leading our Recruitment and Operations. This role seeks experience in Technical Recruitmen Operations Org planning Budgeting and Operations. We look for the right intent focus to develop peakperformance team across functions at Peppermint.

What The Work Looks Like:
- Design and implement overall HR recruitment and operations roadmap execution and workflows
- Recruiting strategy with budgeting
- Developing and execution of hiring funnel across Job Portals / Platforms / Hiring Agencies to host job openings and the technical requirements for the open roles
- Develop HR operations workflows and manage compliance via existing HR advisor / consultants
- Lead internal HR vision and set culture and valuesystem goals
- Act as a point of contact and build internal and external employer branding initiatives
- Develop a robust HR team at Peppermint and lead the team
Qualifications & Skills
- 57 years in HR recruitment and operations. Technical recruiting experience is highly valued.
- Education : Bachelor s/Master s Degree in HR.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter with HR Operations exposure/
- Hands on experience with teams of the size 50 100.
- Excellent interpersonal and articulation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross border teams.
