Research & Development: Follow advancements in technology and financial markets and integrate relevant changes to the course content.
Student Counselling: Guide students on academic matters and future opportunities in Forex trading and financial markets technology.
Relationship Management: Foster partnerships with Forex brokerage firms and other international companies for student internships and job opportunities.
Compliance: Adhere to local educational laws and regulations, and ensure that the school meets international standards for Forex education.
Strategy Planning: Formulate and implement strategic plans to grow the institutions reputation and boost student enrolment.
Course Delivery: Deliver lecture sessions on Forex trading.
Student Assessment: Evaluate student understanding of the course material through assessments, exams, and projects.
Virtual Learning: Create and manage an effective online learning environment if necessary.
Feedback: Gather student feedback to improve the course delivery continuously and content.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Finance, Education, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in academia, with a focus on technology and finance-related courses. Previous experience in a leadership or management role is crucial.
- Proficient understanding of Forex trading. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Certifications in Forex trading would be advantageous.
- Certification in academic leadership or educational management might also be beneficial.
