- Update the Running Costs follow-up tool and conduct analysis and market survey when requested by the FM
- Update the Allocation Tables (monthly and upon new contract signature as well) and produce key follow up and support to the area
- Review the ACTs of projects under her/his responsibility and suggest potential reallocations
- Upon request, present a cost analysis to the FM/CFM to support the decision making process
