• The primary role of this position is to handle export and import Airfreight shipments, import and export International Moving Shipments, land transportation & medical cases according to the company quality standards and the customers’ requirements.
• The primary tasks of this job include:
• Handling import and export airfreight shipments including preparing and issuing documentation, following up with customers, customs and related parties in addition to keeping the customers well informed about their shipments.
• Handling inland shipments for import and export airfreight.
• Handling medical insurance, medication & repatriation jobs
• Prepare invoices for import & export jobs • Entering the shipments’ data into related systems and Excel sheets, and assist in preparing statistical reports.
• Ensure that all related files and communication methods are in accordance wityh GAC Jordan’s administrative procedures.
• Handle international moving shipments including preparing and issuing documentation, following up with customers, customs and related parties, and keeping the customers well informed about their shipments
