Position: Senior Executive of Brand Advertising

Location: Bucharest Romania

Work model: hybrid (3 days a week at the office)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with Media Agencies & New Businesses identifying significant growth opportunities for the company and devising sustainable strategies to enhance their investment
• Lead negotiations for collaboration agreements with Agencies establishing a robust network of partnerships
• Oversee the execution of various media campaigns (such as Programmatic Retail Media CRM etc.) ensuring seamless coordination across internal departments
• Analyze campaign results comprehensively generate detailed reports and share insights with stakeholders to foster loyalty and recurring engagement
• Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders to address challenges and advocate for the advancement of the Ads agenda within the company
• Actively engage with colleagues fostering a supportive environment for mutual learning and growth while contributing to meaningful progress and innovation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Commerce Management Marketing Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 45 years of relevant fulltime professional experience
• Prior experience in Agency & Media within Romania is essential with an FMCG background considered advantageous
• Proficient in project management highly organized and detailoriented
• Strong commercial acumen demonstrated by effective communication and engagement with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to understand client businesses and their requirements fully
• Track record of success in fastpaced highenergy sales environments
• Innate curiosity and a proactive approach to problemsolving consistently striving for innovation and revenue growth
• Possesses an empathetic inclusive and cando attitude
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Romanian is required
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Excel/Google Sheets is essential.
