We are currently seeking experienced professionals for the following open positions.

Applicants must possess a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in their respective fields:
- Architect
- Electrical Engineer
- Low Current Engineer
- Mechanical Engineer
- Safety Engineer
- Steel Structure Engineer

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or in Engineering in the requested disciplines.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience.

Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control and ensure that the Works are carried out in accordance with the contract requirements.
- Inspect the works and assist the resident engineer and the relevant senior engineers/site managers in checking site works.
- Review contractor's correspondence and submittals and issue replies within the contract stipulations.
- Provide, in coordination with the team leader, input to the monthly progress report as directed by the senior engineer.
- Participate in progress, technical, and coordination meetings as required.
- Assist senior engineers/team leaders in reviewing contractor's correspondence on contractual issues (variation orders evaluation, claims, etc.).
- Compile pertinent documentation to be issued with the Taking-Over Certificate.
- Overview the contractor’s installation and construction methods and ensure that these methods are performed according to the contract documents.
- Witness the testing during the construction period.
- Prepare the list of defects.
- Perform miscellaneous routine survey, drafting, clerical, and engineering assignments as directed.
- Keep immediate supervisors fully and accurately informed concerning work progress, including present and potential work problems.
- Participate in analyzing claims concerning related items.
- Report on quality related KPIs to the senior engineer.
- Review and comment on the as‑Built Drawings.
- Support in prior issuance of the Taking-Over Certificate, include the following: - Establishing with the Contractor, during the completion stage, a schedule for testing and commissioning of the Works. - Witnessing the tests performed by the Contractor. - Preparing a list of outstanding works and providing the same to the Contractor.
- Provide assistance during the Maintenance Period, include the following: - Inspecting and verifying that the outstanding works have been satisfactorily completed by the Contractor. - Instructing the Contractor to remedy defects detected as a result of the inspection of the works.
