We are a growing team looking for a Senior Employee Engagement Manager in the people department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Berlin office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Are you enthusiastic about cultivating employee engagement and wellversed in deploying initiatives to elevate workplace satisfaction As a key member of our Communications & Engagement team you will drive our employee engagement strategy execute employee engagement surveys and empower our organization in understanding and refining our employees experiences. - Take ownership of our employee engagement strategy and implement comprehensive engagement programs that build on our employee value proposition and initiate further culture building in a global setting.
- Be in control of the endtoend management of regular global employee engagement surveys based on the organizations priorities and needs. This involves selecting suitable survey questions formats and delivery methods.
- Identify trends patterns and areas for improvement and influence action planning in close collaboration with senior leadership and people business partners.
- Develop and execute communication strategies to promote employee engagement initiatives and ensure awareness at all levels of the organization.
- Partner closely with relevant stakeholders to maintain consistent messaging and engagement activities programs and events across the organization.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong understanding of organisational culture employee motivation and change management
- Proven experience in employee engagement survey design people program management or a related role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively speak about survey findings with senior leaders and influence their decision making
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically with strong project management skills
- Intrinsically motivated to stay up to date on emerging trends and technologies in employee engagement tooling including those leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning
