Senior EIS Developer

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement EIS solutions using cuttingedge technologies
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Create and maintain data models for EIS databases
• Develop ETL processes to integrate data from various sources into the EIS
• Optimize EIS performance and ensure data security and integrity
• Lead and mentor junior EIS developers
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including testing and deployment
• Identify and resolve EISrelated issues and performance bottlenecks
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in EIS development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address their EIS needs
• Document EIS designs processes and solutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of EIS development processes
• Provide technical guidance and support to EIS users
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of EIS applications
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of EIS tools and technologies

Required Qualifications

• Requirements for the candidate include a BE/B.Tech/MCA degree with 6 8 years of industry experience.
• They should have handson experience in EIS including Policy Billing Claims Customer and DXP Capabilities.
• They should be experts in Java/J2EE Spring Hibernate Spring Boot Microservices Web Service (Rest & SOAP) Apache Camel CXF and Kafka.
• They should have the ability to design and provide solutions for external integrations. Experience in Auto (Motor) & Home LoB implementation using EIS is required along with a good understanding of Agile methodology.
• The candidate should have excellent communication skills experience in the insurance domain Property & Casualty realtime knowledge of enterprise system integration and a bachelors degree in computer science or information technology.
• They should be proficient in SQL ETL tools and data modelling techniques with handson experience in Python or other programming languages. They should have a strong understanding of business intelligence concepts and tools data warehousing and mining principles and experience with cloudbased EIS solutions (e.g. AWS Azure).
• The candidate should have excellent problemsolving and analytical skills proven ability to lead EIS development projects effective communication and collaboration skills experience in performance tuning and optimization of EIS applications and relevant EIS technology certifications (e.g. Oracle Microsoft).
• They should have the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment knowledge of data governance and compliance standards and an understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies in EIS development.
