You will develop, implement, track and optimize the agencies clients digital and social marketing campaigns across all clients digital channels.
Reporting to the Head of Brand and Marketing, the Digital Marketing and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Manager and supporting all of the business and associated companies with their go-to-market efforts across digital channels.
This role will build, maintain, and evolve a complex digital ecosystem that supports our corporate businesses and multiple brand objectives.

In addition to the full-time retainer, you will also earn an ongoing commission bonus for every client campaign that you manage. This commission is uncapped and based on the Return On Advertising Spend profits the campaigns you re managing generate our clients. Meaning the more money we make our clients, the more money you will make too.

The role
Your core job is producing, publishing and promoting ad campaigns across social media and websites tailored to the local market.

Forming & optimising paid advertising campaigns on search engines & social media platforms - Google & YouTube, Facebook & Instagram, TikTok.

Execute tests, collect, and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.

Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
.
Effectively manage campaign expenses by staying on budget appropriately estimating monthly costs and reconciling any discrepancies that may arise.

Optimise copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns.
.
Tracking KPIs to assess performance & pinpoint issues.
.
Analysing and interpreting research and analytic data to inform the marketing strategy.
.
Take global content and adapt to the local ANZ market with relevance across email, ad server and social media platforms
.
Drive the short-term and long-run digital marketing strategy agenda, gaining support and buy-in across the business
.
Manage lead generation for the ANZ market.

Use your extensive content marketing knowledge to help optimise our digital content to consistently improve our search engine visibility.

Provide key marketing support for developing, executing and optimising our ongoing lead nurturing campaigns to keep our brand top of mind and drive conversions.

Keeping up to date with the latest advancements in search trends, PPC strategies, and SEO best practices.
.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to manage content schedulesthat are aligned with company goals and objectives, as well as regular content reviews.

Conduct market research on keywords, consumer trends, and competing brands.
.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
.
Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
.
support the businesses customer acquisition and nurture strategies.
About you!The boxes you will tick:
5+ years experience in a similar role. Advertising Agency experience will be highly regarded.
ü Minimum 3 years proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns with Google Ads, Google Shopping, Search, Display & Analytics.
ü Strong understanding of SEO and SEM techniques and best practices.
ü Creative personality and highly collaborative.
ü Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
ü Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
ü Exceptional spelling, grammar and attention to detail is a must.
ü Naturally curious andagenuine interest in staying up to date in marketing and content.
ü A high level of personal organisation and ability to manage multiple projects.

Immediate start and excellent salary offered!
$80,000 - $120,000 + Super (Based on a Base Salary and Commissions base on your performance of campaigns you work on)
