We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst (m/f/d) to join our experienced, motivated, and upbeat Online Marketing team. We work in a dynamic and cross-functional environment and would like to welcome a new team member on the demand side analytics. Play a key role in the further development of our online marketing tasks and systems, shape effectively the overarching strategy and thereby make a significant contribution to the AutoScout24's success!

Your role:

  • Contribute with your technical skills, business judgment, and creativity to develop deep-dive analyses and well-grounded reports for different internal stakeholders in direct cooperation with our top management team
  • Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects using your data warehousing and analytics expertise, manage project schedules, and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders
  • Support marketing and product teams to analyse internal demand data and market trends
  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand the business vision, requirements & priorities and help to translate data into actionable insights
  • Refine, challenge and support requests from stakeholders and create or adopt reports accordingly
  • Develop accessible, creative, and engaging data visualization and reports to facilitate access to insights
  • Analyse trends in our data and provide insight and explanation to different business units
  • Identify, define, and specify future analysis and data points that arise from new features or business processes

You have:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst, BI, Data Analyst or similar, in addition to a working experience in an e-commerce or internet environment

  • Experience in creating reports using MicroStrategy, Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI etc., and a good understanding of Google Analytics

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas, visualize & tell a story through data to both scientific and business audiences, as well as effectively manage stakeholders

  • Experience in communicating with C-Level

    • Outstanding attention to detail and strong analytical mindset & grasp of statistical concepts to deliver effective & pragmatic solutions
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with people at all levels in an organisation
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills

  • Experience with SQL, web/app marketing attribution and building models and/or budget planning is a big plus
