About the job

Were looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Team. Being a part of Jos Saraivas team offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of one of the most successful insurtechstartups in Germany selling our services across Europe and Japan.

Key Responsibilities

• Build manage and continuously improve our infrastructure and application stack in a multi cloud environment
• Partner with the development team to manage the entire stack from development to delivery
• Take key part in the decision making process

Bring to the team

• Linux is your home and bash your backyard
• Proficiency in provisioning and configuration management tools
• Strong familiarity with AWS and/or GCP and experience managing highly available cloud backed systems
• Observability monitoring tracing and alerting are not esoteric terms for you
• You know what IaC is and embrace it wholeheartedly
• You are self organized independent and enjoy being an active voice in shaping the companys development ecosystem
• You are proficient in at least one of the following languages: golang (best) python php rust clojure
• Bonus points for experience in service orchestration microservice architectures CI/CD systems and HashiCorp tools
