Your profile:

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in an analytical or technical role, ideally in a customer success / revenue operations / operations team

  • Experience in implementing and maintaining Gainsight or a similar system, multiple implementations are a plus

  • Strong project management skills

  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce

  • You thrive in technical environments and have a high affinity for process and tool implementation

  • You have the ability to translate business requirements into processes, activities and features

  • You have strong analytical skills and know how to derive action from data

  • You preferably completed a university degree in a related field (e.g. Business, IT, Project Management)

  • You have advanced excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.), knowledge of macros is a bonus

  • You thrive in cross-departmental collaboration and are a strong communicator

  • You are able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • You are detail oriented and diligent

  • You can work autonomously, but are a team player at heart

  • You speak English fluently

  • Expertise on tools such as Looker, Mailjet and Zendesk is a bonus

  • Gainsight certification is plus

Responsibilities:

  • You create solutions for our CRM (Gainsight and Salesforce) design and development, product delivery and continuous implementation
  • You collaborate with our leadership as a consultant when designing, standardising and automating our business processes within customer success
  • You translate said processes into tools and software, on strategic and operational level
  • You identify and use opportunities for process improvement and standardisation within the daily work with our client and within the customer success team
  • You simplify processes and build automations wherever possible
  • You evaluate and implement new tools to streamline the way that Customer Success works
  • You collaborate with our interfaces in the Support, Product, Data, Tech and Sales teams to gain efficiencies in our overall processes
  • You collaborate with the Customer Success Team to ensure that process are known and used throughout the team, including communication and documentation
