Your profile:
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in an analytical or technical role, ideally in a customer success / revenue operations / operations team
Experience in implementing and maintaining Gainsight or a similar system, multiple implementations are a plus
Strong project management skills
Basic knowledge of Salesforce
You thrive in technical environments and have a high affinity for process and tool implementation
You have the ability to translate business requirements into processes, activities and features
You have strong analytical skills and know how to derive action from data
You preferably completed a university degree in a related field (e.g. Business, IT, Project Management)
You have advanced excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.), knowledge of macros is a bonus
You thrive in cross-departmental collaboration and are a strong communicator
You are able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
You are detail oriented and diligent
You can work autonomously, but are a team player at heart
You speak English fluently
Expertise on tools such as Looker, Mailjet and Zendesk is a bonus
Gainsight certification is plus
