- Under the guidance of the Field Protection Manager, s/he will be in charge of supporting the case manager's team in reporting all the cases within the existing reporting tools set;
- She/he will be in charge of ensuring a concrete division of the visits, cases and reports on a weekly basis;
- Supervise the work of the field team members, ensuring that protection standards are upheld.
- Manages the team of Case Managers bridging communications and coordination between the field and coordination office;
- S/he supports the Field Protection Coordinator in designing, implementing movement plans;
- Implement strategic and capacity building plan outlined for newly joined Case Managers and ensure other Case Managers continue to receive support and capacity building;
- Compile all the data needed for the Field Protection Manager and the GBV/CM Specialist upon request and within the reporting tools and database adopted;
