This is a remote position.
This is a contract role for a Senior Business Analyst Kantata (Mavenlink) at BayApps Inc . As a Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing business processes identifying opportunities for improvement and providing strategic recommendations to enhance overall efficiency and productivity. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams stakeholders and leadership to gather requirements document specifications and ensure successful project delivery. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a diverse and global team.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in implementation of Kantata and Mavenlink is preferred. Or any experience in consulting. / implementing Professional services application in Netsuite or Oracle.
- Full clarity of business process flows and concepts of Professional services business.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP PMP) are a plus
