Job Description
We re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Data & Device Platforms team (one of three product development teams here).
Tasks
- Develop backend features for key integrations including developer APIs, ETL services, and device management
- Design and build new platform functionality, such as loan management, credit underwriting, and transaction and payment processing at scale
- Review code, pair with colleagues, and provide mentorship
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a backend developer is a must
- 4+ years of experience in a startup or top tech company is a must
- 4+ years of experience with Python is a must
- 4+ years of experience with SQL
- 4+ years of experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure (or similar)
- 4+ years of experience designing and implementing APIs at scale

Hiring Criteria
- 8+ years of experience in backend software engineering is a must with current title as a senior backend software engineer or equivalent is a must
- 2+ years as a senior backend developer in a top start-up or tech company is a must
- 4+ years of experience with Python is a must with frameworks such as Django, Flask, SQLAlchemy, and Celery
- 4+ years of experience with SQL is a must
- 4+ years of experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure (or similar) is a must
- 4+ years of experience designing and implementing APIs at scale is a must
