Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Application Manager specializing in Oracle EBS and Infor WMS with a strong background in Manufacturing and Warehousing. As a key member of our IT team you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance functionality and integration of our Oracle EBS and Infor WMS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Management:

   • Oversee the daytoday operations of Oracle EBS and Infor WMS applications.
   • Ensure optimal performance reliability and availability of the systems.

2. Strategic Planning:

   • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the enhancement and evolution of Oracle EBS and Infor WMS in alignment with business objectives.

3. Team Leadership:

   • Lead a team of application specialists providing guidance mentorship and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

4. Integration and Optimization:

   • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Oracle EBS and Infor WMS with other enterprise systems.
   • Identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency improvements.

5. Vendor Management:

   • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners supporting Oracle EBS and Infor WMS ensuring adherence to service levels and contractual obligations.

6. User Support:

   • Provide leadership in resolving complex applicationrelated issues and ensuring excellent user support.
   • Conduct training sessions for endusers as needed.

7. Security and Compliance:

   • Implement and enforce security best practices for Oracle EBS and Infor WMS.
   • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in application management with a focus on Oracle EBS and Infor WMS.
2. Proven experience in Manufacturing and Warehousing environments.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Indepth knowledge of Oracle EBS and Infor WMS applications.
5. Experience with system integration and optimization.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
8. Relevant certifications in Oracle EBS and Infor WMS are a plus.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
