Senior Application MaintenanceProduction Support

• Manage and maintain the company s software applications.
  
• Handson experience with Unix server
  
• Ensure the smooth operation of all applications
  
• To provide implementation/support to perform all manner of project tasks such as systems setup data migration report and document building etc.
  
• Manage updates and upgrades to applications
  
• Develop and maintain documentation for applications
  
• Provide technical support to users
  
• Monitor application performance and take corrective action as needed
  
• To be certified in the product (by module) as and when required by the company.
  
• To perform any other duties that may arise.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s graduate in Information Technology with 45 years of working experience in a related field
  
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and application support methodologies.
  
• Familiarity with Java Programming languages databases and web technologies.
  
• Java (foundational such as coding and deploying the server)
  
• Mandatory: API Gateway; API Management Java Microservice or Spring Boot (API Products Eg: Axway Apigee Kong Layer 7 CA Broadcom)
  
• Need to have implementation experience.
  
• Even if the API Management or API Gateway product of the candidate is not Axway branded we can still consider.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
