- Work closely with other senior technical writers, product managers, and internal stakeholders to obtain an in-depth understanding of the development community and the documentation requirements.
- Plan, research, develop, and write high-quality content tailored to those who develop plugins for Grafana and want to contribute to Grafana's open source.
- Interview developers and engineers to gain knowledge and understanding of the software and tools you write about and the larger systems and context in which it is useful.
- Identify critical developer journeys and write content to support that journey, such as setting up a development environment, developing a plugin, and a guide for contributing to Grafana.
- Produce content that is useful to a developer audience using a consistent voice and feel to our product documentation.
