• Calendar and Schedule Management: Manage the director's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, and ensure they are well-prepared for each engagement
• Event Planning: Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and meetings hosted or attended by the director
• Information Management: Organize and maintain important documents, files, and information, and ensure that the director has easy access to relevant data.
• Support in Strategic Networking: Help the director build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Project Management: Manage and oversee key projects and initiatives on behalf of the director, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively. • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, briefings, and presentations for meetings attended by the director and follow up on action items.
• Support in Research and Analysis: on various topics to support the director's decision-making process.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Education: at least a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 0 – 2 years of related experience
