Job Description

- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
- Ensure that the team understands the goals and objectives of each Scrum event and follows the defined processes
- Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement through regular retrospectives
- Collaborate with the team to implement improvements and track progress
- Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a well-maintained product backlog
- Facilitate communication between the team and the Product Owner to ensure alignment on priorities
- Advocate for and reinforce agile principles and values within the team and the organization
