Job Description:

• SD Functional Team Member is responsible for the execution of the detail design and configuration of the current business processes in SAP S/4 HANA product. This includes:
• Working with the Process Team Lead in the analysis and decomposition of current business processes perform the scripting exercises and design and configure the SAP system to support the organizations ToBe process vision. This implies providing design for integration with all other modules of SAP MM FICO PS QM PP
• Understanding of SAP Activate framework/methodology
• Have experience of conducting Business workshops with Fit/Gap or FittoStandard analysis
• Conduct workshops and presentations to validate business design with the user community.
• Good understanding of SAP functionality with handon standard configuration for the module.
• Design of Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements Forms and Workflows & identification of Std. Fiori Apps. (RICEFW as part of FitGap Analysis).
• Execution of the system unit testing and integration testing. This includes performing the test making changes in configuration based on results and error resolution.
• Working with the end user documentation team in the identification of business processes and system tasks to be documented as well as providing training to the end user training and development team.
• Design Authorization profiles (Tcode as well as Fiori)
• Provide postimplementation production support.
• Knowledge of Change Request and estimation will be preferred.

• Preferable experience in handling international clients
• SAP certification will be preferred
• Worked as independent SAP SD consultant on real life SAP Implementation Rollout & Support projects
• Should have knowledge of project management methodology.

Job specific:

Experience with configuration/Implementation of SAP SD module and more specifically in:

• Quote management order processing (including Crosscompany processes schedule agreements MTO/MTS STO GTS) Pricing ATP invoicing debit/credit memos Sales Shipping Transportation planning
• Billing Availability Check Pricing Conditions Account Assignment Sales support Credit management Listing/Exclusion
• Material Determination
• Handling of EDI ALE/IDOC and some exposure of development process

Technologies Involved:

• SAP S/4 HANA
• Exposure to SOLMAN GRC FIORI is added advantage.

Business Skills: (Most Important Four)

• Very good knowledge of SD Business processes.
• Knowledge of Integration with all other upstream and downstream processes engineering / automotive industries business processes
• Very good understanding of Business process redesigning concepts
• Should be able to work independently as SD functional consultant from day one of the joining the organization

Technological Skills: (Most Important Four)

• SD configuration (ECC and S4 HANA)
• Design of Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements Forms and Workflows. (RICEFW as part of FitGap Analysis).
• Project management methodology (S/4HANA Activate)
• Good at MS Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint)

Qualification Level Required: BE / MBA

Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 Years in SAP preferably from automotive industry or Manufacturing Industry.
