SAP Payroll Lead - Japan

Do you possess a passion for streamlining and ensuring the accuracy of payroll processes Are you driven to lead system enhancements within a complex payroll environment (Japan) If so we have an exceptional opportunity for you to lead the design configuration and maintenance of our SAP payroll systems in Japan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design configure and maintain all aspects of SAP payroll components (wage types benefits deductions tax structures reporting etc.).
• Enable and configure payroll features within an outsourced delivery model.
• Architect and maintain multiple payroll schemas to support diverse client needs.
• Collaborate on the integration of SAP Payroll with Employee Central (ECP) and financial systems.
• Customize check forms and configure pension schemes for accurate contribution calculations.
• Analyze and test the impact of payrollrelated support packages.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.
• 5 years of handson configuration experience with Japanbased SAP payroll.
• SAP Payroll Certification (highly preferred).

Bonus Points:

• Experience with SAP OnPremise/SAP EC Payroll (ECP).
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Boomi HCI or PTP integration expertise.
