SAP HCM TechnoFunctional Resource for Fidelity Deferred Comp
Experience Skills Education & Licenses/Certifications
Required:
10 years HCM ABAP experience using SAP in a professional environment.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in UIS OData Gateway services HTML5/JavaScript and Fiori Launchpad configuration.
Deep knowledge of various areas of HCM ABAP such as PCR Payroll Function/Operation Feature Logical Database MACROS Creation/Enhancement of Infotype Decoupled Infotype Framework Infoset Infogroup Dynamic Action HR Event Linkage AdHoc Query HR Forms Payroll Fetching techniques etc.
Implementing knowledge of integration/replication using SAP delivered prepackage solutions like Addon Business Integration BuilderBIB configurations of Web Services/Consumer Proxies ECECC field mappings using BADI implementations OData (Open Data Protocol) API SuccessFactor API (SAFI) Compound Employee API etc.
Configuring HCM Processes & Form using Fiori Form Form Scenario User Events Process Backend Services
Design and implementation knowledge of Fiori Launchpad Services Remuneration statement using Fiori/U15.
Handson technofunctional experience with HCM submodules such as Payroll (US/CA) Time Management Benefits Personnel Administration Organization Management SAP SF Employee Central Learning Management.
UIS/Fiori enhancements and configurations SAP WebDynpro SAP FPM applications (Road map tabbed & overview applications).
Experience in integration technologies like SAP PI SAP Cloud Platform Integration Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) SOAManager Web Services Intermediate Document (IDOC) RFCs File Interface techniques SOAP web services REST web services.
Enhancement Framework Implicit/Explicit Enhancement User Exit Business Addsin Screen Exit
Field Exit Business AddIns Substitution and Validation Business Objects (BAPI and RFC)
Reports (Interactive Drilldown Classic & ALV).
Object Oriented Programming Dialog Programming Modular Programming Dynamic Programming RFC (Remote Function Calls) BAPI (Business Application Programming Interface).
Experience with Development Methodologies: ASAP (Accelerated SAP) Agile (Extreme programming) Waterfall Model VShaped Model.
Designed and extensively worked for interfacing SAP HCM with different systems like WFM MDM
IAM WFA iSeries LMS CRM ADP Mercer BOFA 19 Guardian BenefitFocus etc. Unit test development and execution including test script development.
Selfmotivated flexible openness to learn new things and a strong focus on customer needs. Must have the ability to work with limited supervision and exhibit a strong sense of urgency.
Collaborate with analysts designers and system owners in the testing of SAP software programs
and applications. Experience in successful project implementation and followup.
Strong conceptual analytical problemsolving troubleshooting and resolution skills.
Ability to monitor and manage the progress of tasks.
Basic knowledge of business systems environments.
Good understanding of corporate IT policies procedures and standards.
Good decision making skills.
