Job Title: SAP FICO Developer

Location: Remote

Type: Contract (12 Months)

Experience Level: 10 Years

Responsibilities:

1. SAP FICO Configuration:

   • Lead the configuration and customization of SAP FICO modules to align with business processes and requirements.

2. EndtoEnd Implementation:

   • Oversee endtoend SAP FICO implementation projects ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.

3. Data Migration and Integration:

   • Manage data migration and integration processes to ensure accurate and seamless transition to SAP FICO.

4. Custom Development:

   • Develop and implement custom enhancements reports and solutions within the SAP FICO environment.

5. Financial Process Optimization:

   • Collaborate with finance and business teams to optimize financial processes through SAP FICO functionalities.

6. Quality Assurance:

   • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for SAP FICO configurations and enhancements ensuring quality and reliability.

7. User Training and Support:

   • Provide training to endusers on SAP FICO functionalities and provide ongoing support to address queries and issues.

8. Continuous Improvement:

   • Stay abreast of SAP updates and industry best practices recommending and implementing improvements in SAP FICO processes.

9. Documentation:

   • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to SAP FICO configurations developments and processes.

10. Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT finance and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive SAP FICO solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP FICO Developer.

Skills and Competencies:

• Extensive experience in SAP FICO configuration customization and implementation.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and business processes.
• Proficiency in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA with a focus on FICO modules.
• Knowledge of integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules.
• Experience in developing and executing test plans for SAP FICO solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications:

• SAP Certified Development Professional Financials in SAP S/4HANA for SAP ERP Financials experts or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
