Our client is in the Oil & Gas industry and they are one of the early adopters of SAP Ariba. Their Global Business Support team here has managed to implement SAP Ariba Guided Buying in several countries and they are ramping up to expand the usage of Ariba to more European countries next year.

Job Description

As the SAP Ariba Guided Buying Analyst you will be the system administrator responsible for managing and maintaining the SAP Ariba procurement and supply chain management system within the organisation. Another key responsibility are managing the catalogues within Ariba.

• Establishing maintaining and closing catalogues and content within the Guided Buying function.
• Provide support to the Digital Operating System (DOS) transformation project to refine content and buying channels including ongoing activation of catalogues marketplaces P2P enablement and invoice against contract set up.
• Work closely with the project team as well as suppliers Operations Source 2 Pay and Master Data Management team members.
• Create Guided Buying communication content eg: desktop guides status compliance etc.
• Ensuring compliance to BP policies OMS related standards.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelors Degree graduate in Computer Science Supply Chain Management or any related discipline
• Experience with SAP Ariba Guided Buying (would be ideal) or
• Minimum 3 years experience with SAP Ariba and/or
• Minimum 5 years experience in Source to Pay procurement processes and systems.
• MCIPS/ISM qualification or at stage of prequalification would be an added advantage.
