. Experienced in customizing SAP HR solutions maintaining HR applications Optimizing HR processes developing customized reports.
Must have exposure of SAP HR module tables infotypes PCR RT and HR logical databases.
Should be able to work independently without functional support from SAP HCM Consultant
Must have understanding of OM PA and TM transaction processes
Must have worked on multiple HR data extraction enhancement workflows and interfaces.
Must have worked on designing payslip renumeration statement income tax statement and compliances forms.
Must have exposure to OData IDoc Rest API interfaces and ABAP Proxy.
In depth knowledge and experience on the SAPABAP Reports (ALV and Fiori Based) Interfaces Forms (Smart form/Adobe form) Conversions Enhancement.
Candidate should have knowledge in CDS views developments (Not Mandatory) OData and Fiori front end development. Experienced in working with the ABAP workbench OOABAP
. Possess a solid understanding of technical architecture infrastructure and ABAP development including testing administration.
Experience on Enhancements BADI Inbound and outbound IDOC Interfaces SAP Note implementation and SAP Incident management.
Must have strong debugging skills.
