We are seeking a Retail Sales And Loan Clerk to become a part of our team! Full time with 11/2X paid for over 40 hours. Part time possible. Our store hours are Mon Fri 95:30 PM Saturday 93 PM Closed Sundays and most holidays.You will be responsible for selling products merchandise and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. We are the areas oldest pawnshop and you will also be assisting with the writing of loans and collecting payments from customers. We also sell merchandise through the Internet and you may be needed to help with online listings.Responsibilities:Welcome and identify customer needsExplain products and services to customersWrite sales receipts and process sales.Write pawn loansCollect loan paymentsPhotograph items and create listings.Pack and ship items sold on the Internet.Investigate and resolve customer complaints if any with the assistance of management.Qualifications:Previous experience in sales customer service or other related fieldsAbility to thrive in a personal service environmentAbility to build rapport with customersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong negotiation skillsComputer Skills are a must.Dependable
