Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Description:

Minimum of 18 months of experience in development architecture database design or consulting experience with Salesforce platform.

Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

Strong application design skills combined with strong data integration and security architecture skills.

Proven ability to analyze design and optimize business processes via technology and integration.

Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts business models and technologies.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to effectively develop technical diagrams to communicate and document complex technical processes or models.

Outstanding collaboration skills ability to connect with people and teams in diverse roles.

Ability to work across crossfunctional teams.

Ability to travel up to 5% to attend JH meetings trainings and/or professional conferences. What would be nice for you to have:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Ability to convey and convince stakeholders to use best practices at various levels within a large organization.

Application design and development background.

Strong Enterprise Architecture background.

Salesforce product certifications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver indepth data analysis and provide insights that improve data quality.

Provide endtoend solution architecture as it relates to Salesforce and its integrated systems.

Maintain and improve the quality of data for all systems.

Document all activities on how to support data engineering processes.

Ensure data management best practices are followed in all work efforts.

Identify opportunities to automate data engineering processes and execute with direction of peers and management.

Plan platform optimization efforts with development and product team members.

Document and maintain technical architecture and designs.

Develop configuration for the design/creation/prototyping of new software products enhancements and fixes.

May perform other job duties as assigned.
