Job Title: Salesforce PM/Architect

NYC NY (Day 1 Onsite)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Transformation and Innovation team is responsible for setting the vision strategy and road map to deliver bestinclass experiences for internal and external customers of BANK across different digital channels. To achieve our objectives the team has established a customerfirst design approach that puts our customers (external and internal) at the center of everything that BANK does as well as leverage agile operating models to accelerate development progress to drive innovation. The teams mission is to build innovative digital experiences that allow customers to service their BANK accounts and help them further manage their finances in a digital way wherever they are!

The Salesforce PM will manage the Salesforce development and production support team and projects associated with Sales Process & Tools initiative. A successful candidate will be a strategic resultsdriven leader who is passionate about designing bestinclass digital experiences and staying at the forefront of cutting edge technology in the banking space

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with Partners and clients to deliver functionality on budget and on time.
  • Responsible for day to day management of the team and projects.
  • Proficient storyteller. Have the ability to compose a story backed by research and data to convey the product vision then present to a wide audience including senior leaders in BANK.
  • Interface with Legal Compliance Risk and ensure strategies and execution for the set of features under their control are delivered flawlessly and meet key compliance risk and control need to protect both our business and customer interests.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritization of features taking into account varying priorities across multiple lines of business. Manage Agile Scrum teams to implement the build of a bestinclass digital experience.
  • Monitor analyze and communicate performance of Salesforce platform Track KPIs and share with stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

  • 14 or more years of experience in the industry. 5 years in Banking & Financial Services
  • 7 years of Project and People Management experience.
  • 5 to 7 years of handson Salesforce development experience
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems determine appropriate actions and complete projects with little direction.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a multiproject environment while ensuring production systems are up and performing well.
  • Experience in agile development processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
