Job Description:

Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable and innovative Salesforce solutions. With a minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem the Salesforce Architect will contribute to the success of our Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design:

   • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and define requirements for Salesforce solutions.
   • Design and architect scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.

2. Technical Leadership:

   • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
   • Mentor and train other team members on Salesforce best practices.

3. Customization and Development:

   • Lead the development and customization of Salesforce applications.
   • Implement and optimize custom features using Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and other Salesforce technologies.

4. Integration:

   • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
   • Ensure data integrity and security in all integrations.

5. Governance and Compliance:

   • Establish and enforce Salesforce governance and best practices.
   • Ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards and industry regulations.

6. Performance Optimization:

   • Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications.
   • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

7. Collaboration:

   • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business analysts administrators and developers.
   • Work with project managers to deliver solutions within defined timelines.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect.
2. Indepth knowledge of the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
3. Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning and other modern Salesforce technologies.
4. Proficient in Salesforce integrations and data migration techniques.
5. Excellent understanding of Salesforce security and compliance standards.
6. Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect Certified System Architect or equivalent.
7. Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
