As the Salesforce Architect, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by designing and implementing solutions to continually improve and enhance our go-to-market systems. You will provide cross-functional architectural vision, define standards and best practices for optimal systems' utilization, and integrations as well as support the documentation of our Salesforce instance. Additionally, your responsibilities will also include test planning and staying up-to-date with Salesforce product capabilities.
What You'll Do At Deel
- Develop configuration for the design and creation of new features, enhancements, and fixes while documenting and maintaining technical architecture and designs.
- Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, growth, customer success, support, product, IT, and finance to ensure alignment, offering thought leadership, and designing and proposing innovative solutions to business problems.
- Establish and enforce system and technical architecture, while identifying and promoting improved technology solutions throughout the organization.
- Define and execute technical solutions to business problems across various platforms, including SFDC, HubSpot, Zendesk, Gainsight, Outreach, Cognism, and other proprietary systems.
- Partner with business stakeholders to create business process requirements and design documents; including system flow with integrated systems and data warehouse.
- Work with the development team to ensure the continuous delivery of systems via the CI/CD process.
- Document configuration, custom code, and development processes to maintain a record of changes and support knowledge sharing.
- Create and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data, as needed.
- Stay informed about Salesforce product capabilities resulting from installation upgrades, product releases, and acquisitions.
- Collaborate closely with enablement teams to ensure on-time and quality delivery of releases.
- In this role, you will be a crucial bridge between technology and business, driving innovative solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of systems for the benefit of our organization's growth and success.
Some Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce architecture or product management experience with minimum 2 years in a global SaaS environment , successfully delivering complex solutions and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated mastery and know-how of the Salesforce architecture including standard data structures, advanced configurations, and security/permissions management.
- Experience with external business applications and enterprise systems (ERPs, payment gateways, ETL, marketing automation, lead routing, CDP, data warehouses and BI tools).
- Strong expertise in at least one or more of the following technologies is highly desirable: Apex, LWC, SOQL, process builder, triggers, Visualforc
