Manage a team of two Digital Sales Executives through the whole sales process and provide them with training and support
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including identifying new business opportunities and managing sales pipelines.
Work collaboratively with internal and external teams and digital agencies, including creative, media planning, and analytics, to develop and deliver integrated campaigns that meet client objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and bring new ideas and insights to clients and the team.
Develop and present proposals and pitch materials to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs and the value our agency can provide.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights and recommendations to clients and the team to optimize future campaigns.
Ensure timely and accurate billing and financial management of client accounts.
High levels of sales activity to build a strong pipeline and portfolio of clients across all stages of the sales cycle (source, pitch, negotiate, convert, onboard and rebook).
