• Making phone calls with the target audience (students) and current customers to present the new offers offered by the institution.
• Answer incoming calls from existing clients as well as potential clients.
• Use scripts to provide information about the features of courses, programs, etc., and to introduce their benefits.
• Provide questions related to the services of the institution to understand the requirements of the client.
• Persuading the customer (the student) to purchase by explaining how the offered courses and training programs meet their needs.
• Accurately record the customer's personal information in computer systems and programs.
