You will be in charge of the preparation of renting leasing and sales contracts. In your daytoday you will:
Receive and process applications for financing documentation and quotations.
Prepare and dispatch of renting leasing and hire purchase contracts.
Followup on contracts sent as well as any documentation necessary for the activation of the contract.
Verify the received documentation and activate the contracts in the system.
Monitor and track the pipeline of both approved and pending deals.
Contact with vendors/manufacturers/distributors keeping them informed of the progress of their process.
Proactively participate in the improvement of internal processes.
Youre the person were looking for if:
You have a university degree preferably in Economics Business Administration or similar.
You have between 24 years of experience in a similar position.
You have a general knowledge of financial calculations.
You have an intermediate/high level of English and a native level of Portuguese.
You have a good command of Microsoft tools (Excel Word MS Teams Power Point).
Youre disciplined and methodical person dynamic and willing to face new challenges.
Youre a strong team player organized and know how to prioritize tasks.
