Sales Supervisor

• As the brands Ambassador and role model to team members.
  
• Key support to Boutique Manager on daytoday boutique operations including staffing scheduling inventory VM logistic etc.
  
• Key support to Boutique Manager in people management e.g. coaching and motivating team members.
  
• Client development including recruitment retention engagement and always promote the spirit of excellent client experience.
  
• Embrace the brands selling ceremony enthusiastic in achieving sales target and optimize every selling opportunity.
  
• Pillar to teamwork and harmonious work environment at boutique.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail/ fashion retail/ luxury retail.
  
• Pleasant and presentable outlook and disposition.
  
• Good spoken of Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  
• Passionate with fashion and luxury retail industry.
  
• Customer oriented and enjoy interacting with customers.
  
• Solid leadership strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Selfmotivated vibrant positive energy and gogetter.
  
• Computer and Microsoft utilities savvy.
