Our client is seeking to hire passionate and energetic sales executives who will aggressively sell our diverse services including freight transport and CFS.
Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to develop and generate new sales leads drive client retention to secure business using all the available tools and resources exceeding the predefined targets set by Management.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities;
1. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
2. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
3. Follow up on all requests/quotes issued to new/potential clients to ensure business is secured.
4. Attain the communicated monthly sales turnover.
5. Ensure 0% unresolved client queries.
6. Actively make client visits and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and secure business.
7. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
8. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends market activities and competitors.
9. Prepares reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information and timely submission of the reports as per set timelines.
10. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
11. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks and benchmarking stateoftheart practices.
12. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements
1. Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related course
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales/ Business development in a CFS Freight forwarding Transport company.
3. Proven ability to consistently meet the set sales target.
4. Demonstrable ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
5. Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs
6. Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills
7. Excellent verbal and written communications skill.
