  • Responsibilities:
  • 1. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make sales
  • 2. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person via calls
  • and mails
  • 3. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new
  • business
  • 4. Responding to incoming mails and phone queries
  • 5. Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
  • 6. Negotiating the terms of agreement and closing sales
  • 7. Gathering market and customer information
  • 8. Representing the organization at trade exhibitions events and demonstrations
  • 9. Negotiating on price costs delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
  • 10. Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
  • 11. Creating detailed proposal documents
  • 12. Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
  • 13. Checking quantities of goods on display in stock
  • 14. Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office or
  • entering into a computer system
  • 15. Reviewing your own sales performance aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • 16. Making accurate rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
  • 17. Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with them
  • Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor in Engineering Business Administration or Tech.
  • Master of Business Administration in Sales
