We are actively seeking an Innovative Sales Director for our client. In this role you will assume the responsibility of spearheading sales Initiatives conducting comprehensive market research developing precise sales forecasts and budgets and optimizing our existing gotomarket strategies. Your role will also encompass the refinement of sales policies offering strategic recommendations for business expansion and delivering clear and concise explanation of product and service specification. The ideal candidate for this Position should exemplify selfmotivation possess a resultsdriven mindset and boast a proven track record in IT software product sales specifically within the US and Canadian markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the adoption of the Lab & Design Marketplace among retail doctors GPOs and Dental Labs ensuring enrolment in our Premium service offering.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team to actively engage in events exhibitions seminars and social media initiatives aimed at bolstering our business presence and a ttaining sales targets.
- Provide indepth demonstrations and guidance to prospective users facilitating their onboarding training and seamless integration onto the platform.
- Foster strategic partnerships with key players in the dental technology sector including Lab Management Systems Practice Management Systems Intraoral Scanners and 3D printers with a focus on crossselling and upselling services.
- Formulate and execute strategic plans geared towards surpassing established sales objectives.
- Establish and communicate clear sales goals ensuring Clevel executives are consistently apprised of the progress made toward achieving these objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 35 years in progressively responsible sales roles dental preferred.
- Experience in selling Dental practice management software or Dental Lab Management Software in the past would be the most preferred one.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire mentor and motivate a sales team.
- The position requires an Immediate joiner.
- Outstanding negotiation skills including the ability to navigate complex deals resolve conflicts and secure favourable terms.
- Ability to formulate and execute sales strategies resulting in substantial revenue growth.
- Strategic thinking and adaptability to changing market conditions ensuring sustained competitiveness.
- Effective communication presentation and interpersonal skills with a keen ability to convey value propositions clearly and persuasively.
