Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
Understand customers needs and provide product recommendations based on their preferences
and requirements.
Offer detailed product information and demonstrations to enhance the customer shopping
experience.
Product Knowledge:
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Laptop & Mobiles including features
specifications advantages and benefits.
Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases to provide accurate information to
customers.
